YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SERVICES (Y.E.S)
The Youth Employment Program provides youth ages 14 through 24 with opportunities to learn about the world of work through job training, life-skills development programs and full and part-time employment.
The local business community calls on us to help fill their jobs because we provide pre-screened, qualified, candidates.
To register and be considered for one of our employment opportunities please contact Janet Spencer at 914-422-1378 or stop in and meet with her at WPHS in H-cafeteria or the WP Youth Bureau office located at the White Plains Community Center located at 65 Mitchell Place.
TO OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT...
Youth must have a valid work permit. A work permit is required for employment of any minor (under 18 years old).
BLUE Work Permit (Ages 14-15)
